Dena Deck

NOAA Teacher-At-Sea

Dena Dena Deck is a fourth grade teacher from Stephen Foster Elementray School in Lakewood, California (Bellflower Unified School District). She is participating through NOAA's Teacher At Sea Program which matches interested educators on various NOAA research projects at sea. Dena was very enthusiastic and flexible as she only found out there was a bunk available for her participation about a week before the ship sailed!
